I know what it’s like to feel completely drained by a job you care deeply about.
I used to be a secondary school teacher. Like so many others, I was passionate about the work — but the constant pressure, long hours and emotional load left me burnt out and running on empty.
I stepped away from teaching when I moved abroad — and it was there that I began exploring yoga, Ayurveda and holistic healing. These practices helped me reconnect with my body, calm my nervous system and feel like myself again.
I knew I couldn’t keep this to myself.
Now, as a certified Ayurveda and nervous system coach, I specialise in helping burnt-out teachers recover from exhaustion, anxiety, gut issues and broken sleep — so they can love teaching again, hold space for students with confidence, and finally enjoy life outside the classroom.
