Before I became a health coach, I was a teacher too; completely immersed in lesson planning, results, progress, emails, parents, marking… the list never ended.

From the outside, I looked like I had it together. But behind the scenes, I was constantly pushing through migraines, IBS flare-ups, exhaustion and anxiety that left me wide-eyed at 3am and wired by 3pm.
​
Like so many teachers, I ignored the warning signs for too long. I kept showing up. Kept putting my students first. Kept thinking it was just me who couldn’t cope.
​
But my body was saying otherwise.
​
It took me years of trying to “fix” my symptoms through GPs, supplements and specialist referrals before I finally found the tools that truly shifted things...
​
Ayurveda: a system of healing that understands how your lifestyle and internal imbalances affect your energy, digestion, hormones and sleep.

I live in Derbyshire, England, with my partner, our son Leo and our two crazy dogs.

I trained in yoga and Ayurveda in India, completed an 18-month Ayurvedic Health Coaching diploma in the UK, along with Ayurvedic Massage Therapies.

Former secondary school and FE teacher (postgrad-qualified from The University of Manchester)

I love nothing more than watching the sunset on a beach in Thailand or the Philippines, smoothie in hand and no email notifications in sight.
